Welcome to My Pie Studio. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

My Pie Studio is an online platform for creating and managing stream overlays for OBS Studio and other streaming software. The service is available at mypie.studio.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use My Pie Studio. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be shared.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal activity
• Upload harmful, offensive, or copyright-infringing content
• Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Overload or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute access to the service

5. Intellectual Property

Content you create (overlays, settings, uploaded files) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for providing the service.

The My Pie Studio platform, including its code, design, and branding, is our intellectual property.

6. Subscription & Billing

My Pie Studio is currently free to use. When paid features are introduced, the following terms will apply:

• Free trial — 90 days with full access.
• After the trial, a Pro subscription is required for the overlay to function.
• Payments will be processed through Mono Acquiring. We do not store your card details.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Refunds

Since we offer a free 90-day trial, subscription refunds are generally not provided. If you experience a billing issue, contact us and we will review each case individually.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service running smoothly but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned and unplanned maintenance may occur.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

My Pie Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the service's place of registration.
