My Pie Studio ("we", "us", "our") operates the mypie.studio website and service. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

1. What We Collect

• Email address and username (when you sign up)
• Password (stored as a one-way hash — we never see your plain password)
• Media files you upload (images, WebM videos) for use in your overlays
• Overlay configuration data (layer positions, text, settings)
• Basic usage data (login timestamps, feature usage for debugging)
• Google account info (email, name) if you choose to sign in with Google

2. Why We Collect It

We collect this data solely to provide the My Pie Studio service — letting you create, edit, and publish overlays to OBS. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following external services:

• Mono Acquiring — for payment processing (when billing is active). They receive your payment details directly; we do not store card numbers.
• Google OAuth — if you choose to sign in with Google. We receive your name and email from Google.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on a secured server. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Access tokens for OBS overlay URLs are rotatable — you can regenerate them at any time from your dashboard.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Export your data — contact us at spamolov.studio@gmail.com
• Delete your account — contact us and we will remove all your data, including uploaded files
• Unlink Google — from your Account settings at any time

7. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. If you request deletion, we remove all personal data and uploaded files within 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
